June Holiday

During the June Holiday,I satyed at home and did nothing.I went outdoors occasionally to play some sports like badmination,basketball,football...I felt that it is good to have to go outdoors to play some sports rather than staying at home playing computer games or watch tv as playing sports is a form of exercise which helps to burn your fats and reduce the risk of having sickness.

Reflections on SA1

My result for SA1 was not quite well.I am not so sastisfied with it.I didn not put in all my effort into my exam.If I hab put in more effort,my english and literature would not fail.My english failed by one mark.My literature failed by one and a half mark.I would put more effort in by spending the time that I used for watching tv to revise my work.I would sometime take away my playtime to revise my work.

I can make a difference.

I have learnt that environment is precious.We should always treasure them.The environment is also very fragile with more and more people burning unwanted waste.The carbon dioxide from those burning of those waste can cause the ozone layer to become thinner and thinner.It will cause the north pole and south pole to have lesser and lesser iceberg.It also cause rises in sea level and also there are less snowing.
I felt that people are wasting a lot of litters.Some people are using the 3Rs to save the environment while others do not play any part.
I could save more paper to write by not wasting paper.I could try making new thing using recycling.I could also use lesser plastic as they are non-biodegradable.
I think that people should use lesser paper by using two full sides of the papers,so that there would be lesser trees that are being cut down.With lesser trees used,there would be lesser soil erosion to cause the water pollution.People can also throw the emptied canned drink into the recycle thrash bin,so that there would not be faster depletion of the metal minerals.People could reuse everything that they do not want.

Write about a time when you lost something expensive, but gained a valuable lesson in return.

I would never misplace my documents again; I would keep my documents carefully. That was when I realized the importance of keeping documents carefully or pay the consequence.
``Oh my God, I am late again!” I said hurriedly while taking away the documents and rushed off. I ran to the bus-stop to wait for the bus to come urgently. Just then, the bus arrived. I busily searched for my ez-link card to tap on the bus. I arrived at school after a while.
I went to school late. The teacher scolded me for being late again. The teacher told us to pass up our documents now as deadline for submission of our project is today. I was the only one who did not pass up the project. The teacher questioned me why I did not pass up the project. The teacher questioned me why I did not pass up. I replied nervously that I had forgotten to keep my documents in my bag while searching for my ez-link at the bus-stop.
Luckily, the teacher was showing mercy. He gave me a week time to finish the project if I could not find the documents at the bus-stop, but at the same time he punished me by asking me to write lines.
I went back to the bus-stop immediately after school to search for the documents. I was lucky that no one had taken those documents away. I passed up the documents upon reaching the school immediately. The teacher told me to be careful next time.

18 question

Over the past few years, a lot of things happened, like growth camp, growth day, green carnival day. What I remember clearly was the school twinning programme during the school holiday…
During the school holiday, the teachers and students went to China for the school twinning programme. It was the first time I went oversea. I was very excited as it was my first time been oversea and taken a plane before. We reached at china at around 3 in the afternoon. After arriving there, we went onto the bus,the bus took a long time to reach a restaurant. After having dinner, the tour guide brought the students to check in the hotel for the night to sleep. The next day, the tour guide brings us Suzhou silk factory. The tour guide also brought us to pangmen city gate. Inside there, they show us how the olden times look like. Time flies past in a blink; we were transfer to Wujiang Qidu Middle School. Inside there, we noticed that the student were very serious and make no sound when lesson time. During the night time, we stay in the school hostel. Their lesson time ended very late. When we bath at the hostel, it was cold when we have dried ourselves.
During the night time, we have dinner before going to Oriental Pearl TV Tower. We can see the whole of shanghai at the top of there. It was very cool. On the last day, we went to science and technology Centre. The following morning,we then took the Maglev Train to Pudong Airport. The train was very fast. We reached there and wait for the plane to arrive and off we go. We arrived at Singapore late at night. We learnt how to be independence at there.

Title: An incident when I was caught in the storm

Big cauliflower clouds were boiling up. Thunder boomed in the distance. Suddenly, the storm exploded on me in a chaos of wind, water and noise.
My face turned white. I was trapped inside my car! I was actually planning to get home after a days work. I was exhausted. I could only wait until the storm eased.
That was when I remember I could get out of the car from the top of the car. I quickly went out of my car as fast as I could before the car was totally drowned. After I get out of my car, I could watch my car being drowned helplessly in the rain. Since then, I tried to avoid fierce storm. If it ever happened again, I would only wait till the rain is gone.

Confessions of a Triskaidekaphobic

"Do you know that the number 13 can be scary?” someone once told me. That time I was not so superstitious. I belief that maybe things that happened at the same time, maybe it could just coincident. Things started to happened more and more often.Once, I tripped and fell on the staircase after seeing the word 13 in my textbook and the other time when I took the lift, the lift stopped near the door. I started to panic, that time I didn't bring my handphone out. Luckily, my neighbour was planning to take a lift, he saw that I was stuck inside the lift. He took out the phone and called people come helped me out.I started to fear the number 13.I started to fear anything would happened after seeing the word. I started then to avoid the word.

Interest Incident During Vacation

During holiday,I went to china for the school twinning programme.I was very excited as that was my first time been on plane and had never been to any country before.I reached at china at around 3 in the afternoon.After arriving there,I went onto a bus.The bus took a long time to reach a restaurant.The weather look like it was night time although it was afternoon.After having dinner,the tour guide brought the students to check in the hotel for the night to sleep.
The next day,the tour guide bring us Suzhou number 1 silk factory.Inside there,there show us how they make silk.The tour guide also brought us to pangmen city gate.Inside there,they show us how the olden times look like.Soon, it was night again,we were transfer to Wujiang Qidu hotel.Time flies past in a blink,we were transfer to Wujiang Qidu Middle School.Inside there,we noticed that the student were very serious and make no sound when lesson time.During the night time,we stay in the school hostel.They have breakfast,lunch and breakfast more early than in Singapore.Their lesson time ended very late,at almost around 8pm.When we bath at the hostel,it was cold when we have dried ourselves.The hot water turn into cold water very fast.
It was soon Friday without me knowing.We studied the lesson half time,then we were transfer to Hangzhou.During the night time, we went to have dinner before going to watch a famous show in the Song City.The show was very interesting as it make use of modern technology to make the show more interesting.The show is a must see show.After that,we went to hotel to check in to sleep.
The following day, we went to XiXi National Wetland Park.We took boat and went around the place to took sightseeing.We also went to Longjin Tea Plantation to learn about the history of tea,as well as picking tea leaves and tasting a fresh brew.The next day,we went to the Mausoleum of General of Yue Fei to take a tour around there.Then we went to XiTang Water Town.We were then transfer back to Wujiang QiDu Hotel.
After that the following day,we were transfer back to Wujiang Qidu Middle School until Tuesday afternoon.We gave farewell towards them and were transfer back to Shanghai.We went to ChengHuang Miao to shop.During the night time,we have dinner before going to Oriental Pearl TV Tower.We can see the whole of shanghai at the top of there.It was very cool.On the last day,we went to science and technology Centre.We went to see the short show.They also make use of technology to make the show 3D and make the show come alive.We then took the Meglev Train to Pudong Airport.The train was very fast.We reached there and wait for the plane to arrive and off we go.We arrived at Singapore late at night.
